The Director, Capital Project Delivery will establish and lead the owner-side capital delivery function, overseeing the definition, design, permitting, construction, and commissioning of new facilities, infrastructure, and specialized R&D environments. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex capital projects, build a project delivery team, and ensure successful execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and utilities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to operational standards.
