Director, Change Management Strategy

The Director of Change Management Strategy will design, operationalize, and continuously improve MedImpact’s enterprise change management framework, tools, and governance. This role establishes methods, playbooks, and adoption measurement models to ensure projects deliver value on time and on budget while balancing enterprise discipline with practical execution. The position involves leading a community of practice, coaching senior leaders, and managing a team of change practitioners to drive successful organizational transformations.
