The Director, Clinical Scientist will design, execute, and interpret clinical trials to advance Spyre Therapeutics’ antibody-based programs in IBD and rheumatic diseases. The role partners across clinical operations, regulatory, translational science and biomarker teams to ensure robust study designs, high-quality data, and regulatory compliance. Acts as a scientific and operational bridge between internal teams, external investigators and CRO partners to advance programs efficiently.
