The Director of Colleague and Labor Relations provides strategic leadership and technical guidance and consultation for managing all aspects of labor relations and employee relations. Responsibilities

Supports the development and execution of employee and labor relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manages day-to-day labor relations activities, including collective bargaining support, contract administration, and union relationships.
Leads the employee relations function, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Ensures adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
Manages and develops an employee and labor relations team.
