About this role
This role is a subject matter expert responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and communication of complex compensation and recognition programs across a large healthcare organization. The position formulates, simplifies, automates, and scales pay procedures, provides business analytics and economic modeling, and consults with senior leaders and HR partners. It also leads and develops a team of compensation professionals and ensures adherence to collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
