About this role

The Director, Compensation leads the global compensation function, establishing strategy and governance for all compensation programs worldwide. This role partners with executive leadership and the Compensation Committee to design salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs that align with business objectives. The position requires deep expertise in executive compensation, market pricing, and regulatory compliance while driving operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the global compensation function and establish strategic direction for all programs
Serve as primary compensation advisor to executive leadership and the Compensation Committee
Design and govern global compensation programs including salary structures and equity plans
Direct annual compensation planning processes for merit, promotion, and incentive cycles
Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and emerging legislation

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or EconomicsCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred12–15+ years of progressive compensation experience7+ years leading compensation teamsExperience with Aon/Radford, Mercer, or WTW survey providers
