About this role

A newly created Director of Customer Care at Elovate will own post-issuance customer operations end-to-end, consolidating contact center functions in El Paso to build scalable, long-term referenceability. This leader is responsible for designing and launching 24/7 Help Desk operations, overseeing team development within a regulated service environment, and driving continuous improvement through process optimization and AI adoption.
