The Director, Engagement Management is a senior leadership role in Workday’s Japan organization responsible for leading the delivery function for Workday implementations and aligning local operations with global CX, Sales, and Partner strategies. The role focuses on driving quality, governance, and adoption of AI and automation to improve delivery efficiency and customer ROI. This position reports to the Regional VP of Global Services (Japan).
