Director, Growth Segment Partnerships

The Director, Growth Segment Partnerships at Mastercard leads partner engagement to expand Growth Segments programs that extend digital payments to low-income consumers and micro-merchants. The role focuses on securing funding and in-kind support from global, regional, and US government partners to drive adoption of Mastercard solutions in target markets. The position reports to the SVP, Growth Segments and works across public, private, and social sectors to advance Mastercard’s domestic relevance and impact.
