Director of EOPS and Student Support Programs

The Director of EOPS and Student Support Programs oversees the integration of comprehensive student support programs, including EOPS, CARE, CalWORKs, NextUP, and Undocumented Student Services, to advance equitable access and student success. This leadership role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing initiatives that promote enrollment, retention, matriculation, and transfer for students facing social, economic, and cultural barriers. The position involves strategic program and grant management, policy development, and fostering collaboration with campus departments and community partners.
