The Director of Managed Services leads a global team of 200+ AV and IT professionals to oversee and grow EOS IT Solutions’ audiovisual managed services. Reporting to the VP of Managed Services, this strategic role focuses on driving service quality, client retention, operational excellence, and business growth across collaboration rooms, studios, events, and training spaces. The director partners with executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to implement scalable governance, commercial strategies, and transformational initiatives.
