About this role

The Director of Marketing at Alloy.ai will architect and execute the company’s growth engine, owning the marketing-sourced inbound pipeline and closely partnering with Sales on outbound efforts. The role translates positioning and content into measurable revenue impact, ensuring tight alignment on targeting, messaging, and pipeline goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will manage a small team and contractors while remaining highly hands-on with campaigns and data. The position is based in one of several hub cities with a hybrid in-office schedule.
