The Director of People Operations & Total Rewards leads the design and automation of the organization’s people infrastructure to support growth and high performance. This role strengthens core HR operations and oversees compensation, benefits, payroll, leave, and accommodation programs to ensure systems, policies, and practices are effective, compliant, and mission-aligned. The director partners with leaders and uses data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
