About this role

The Director of Sales Supervision (Sales Compliance & Risk) oversees the conduct risk and compliance program for a fully captive life insurance sales channel of over 2,000 agents and managers. The role is accountable for the enterprise sales conduct risk strategy and for establishing a risk-based audit and continuous monitoring framework. The director leads a small audit team and partners across Compliance, Legal, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Ethics to ensure regulatory readiness and governance.
