The Director of Talent Acquisition at Teramind will build and scale the recruiting function, owning end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across technical and business roles. Reporting to the COO, this role partners closely with leadership to shape workforce planning and position Teramind as an employer of choice. The director will oversee employer branding, global hiring, systems, and analytics to support growth in a fully remote, high-growth environment. The position is based in Ukraine with flexibility to work from anywhere as part of a distributed team.
