Truth Initiative is America’s largest nonprofit public health organization dedicated to ending tobacco and nicotine addiction. Its mission is to build a culture where young people reject smoking, vaping, and nicotine. The organization combines research, public education campaigns (including the Truth campaign), cessation services and digital quit programs, school curricula, and policy advocacy to prevent tobacco initiation and help people quit. It also provides resources for educators, clinicians, and policymakers and addresses related public‑health issues.
