This role leads the Professional Services Project and Program Management function at PointClickCare, overseeing complex healthcare technology implementations for providers, payers, and government customers. Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, it is responsible for defining and scaling the enterprise delivery strategy and operating model. The position manages a leadership team of Managers and Senior Managers to ensure profitable, consistent, and measurable delivery outcomes that align with company strategy. It also plays a key role in driving transformation, AI-enabled practices, and continuous improvement across the services organization.
