The VP, Customer Strategy is a senior executive responsible for defining and scaling Cresta’s strategic engagement model with largest and most complex customers, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. The role partners with C-suite stakeholders and internal teams (Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Product) to drive enterprise AI adoption and measurable business impact. This leader will build and develop a Customer Strategy organization, influence company-wide services and delivery approaches, and position Cresta as a trusted transformation partner.
