Director, Revenue Operations

The Director of Revenue Operations at Vanta leads the Revenue Operations team, focusing on optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency across the go-to-market (GTM) teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This role involves managing territory design, pipeline monitoring, and forecasting, while driving initiatives that improve scalability and data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, the director serves as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, using analytical skills to design and implement operational frameworks that propel Vanta’s growth.
