About this role

This role reports to the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations and owns sales planning and incentive compensation across all revenue teams. The position partners with HR Compensation, Finance, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to design and manage compensation plans that align seller behavior with business objectives and scale with rapid growth. It is a high-impact, cross-functional role based in NY or SF with hybrid on-site expectations and potential relocation assistance for out-of-area candidates.
