Director, Security & Guest Experience

The Director, Security & Guest Experience leads teams responsible for event security, venue security, guest experience, and event safety at BC Place Stadium. This role establishes strategic frameworks and operational standards to ensure a secure, seamless, and memorable experience for all guests and stakeholders. The position provides senior leadership during major events and emergencies while fostering partnerships with internal and external organizations.
