About this role

The Director, Service and Release Management leads a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the operational execution, delivery governance, and release integrity of live services across the Global Services portfolio. This senior role ensures service performance aligns with customer commitments while driving maturity agendas for Service Delivery, Project Management, and Release Management functions. The position involves bridging delivery execution with customer-facing teams, managing high-stakes escalations, and establishing standardized processes for change and release governance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of Operational Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers
Own the maturity roadmap for Service Delivery, Project Management, and Release Management functions
Serve as the senior escalation point for operational and delivery issues across multiple programs
Define and enforce release governance standards including readiness criteria and go/no-go decisions
Coordinate change intake and capacity planning to ensure alignment with customer commitments

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related discipline10+ years in service delivery or program management5+ years in senior leadership managing multi-disciplinary teams
