The Director, Operational Risk Management for Sun Life Canada is a senior risk professional within the Chief Risk Officer’s team reporting to the AVP, Risk Management. The role provides second-line oversight and technical risk expertise to ensure Operational Risk programs comply with the Enterprise Risk Management framework and regulatory requirements. The director partners with corporate risk teams and first-line business units to drive integrity, reporting, and continuous improvement of risk management practices.
