About this role

The Director, Strategy & Planning leads the execution and operational oversight of the Medicare Stars strategy while driving the Member Experience portfolio. This role ensures cross-functional alignment and accountability for strategic initiatives across the organization, partnering with leaders across Medicare and HCSC to achieve Stars performance goals for MAPD and PDP. The position enables the Vice President to focus on enterprise strategy while ensuring effective delivery of critical initiatives.
