Dishwasher

The Dishwasher performs cleaning of the back-of-the-house Food & Beverage facilities and equipment to achieve the highest level of sanitation as prescribed by the Health Department and hotel standards. This role ensures a contamination-free environment by cleaning floors, walls, work surfaces, and cooking equipment while stocking cook lines with clean plates. The position requires maintaining a professional demeanor and the physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
