Donor Retention Specialist (Temporary)

The Donor Retention Specialist works closely with the Chief Development Officer and Development Team to strengthen donor loyalty and reduce donor lapse through consistent, meaningful communication and follow-up. This role focuses on retention by helping donors remain connected to the organization's impact through excellent gratitude, thoughtful engagement, and clear pathways to continue partnering. The position supports donor retention strategy through outreach, lapsed donor re-engagement, and coordination of donor experience improvements across systems and messaging.
