Responsibilities

Own day-to-day operational readiness and stability of the Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solution
Manage operational execution of pricing, discounts, and commercial rules within the platform
Ensure parts catalog, product data, and digital content are complete and accurate
Lead the operational change required for the shift from traditional ordering to digital-first commerce
Develop and maintain dashboards and operational KPIs to track adoption and performance
