EAP Telephone Counsellor

The EAP Telephone Counsellor provides timely, confidential, and clinically informed support to clients contacting CiC’s support line. The role involves managing back-to-back calls, conducting initial assessments, delivering in-the-moment therapeutic support, and guiding clients to appropriate resources. This position requires maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring high-quality service delivery within a multidisciplinary team.
