Employee Experience Associate

The Employee Experience Associate at Carwow is responsible for designing and implementing engaging and inclusive employee initiatives across multiple countries, including the UK, Germany, Spain, and Portugal. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of internal events, driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, and disseminating clear internal communications. Additionally, the associate will analyze employee engagement data, lead the onboarding experience, and oversee culture and inclusion projects to enhance the overall employee journey. The position requires strong organizational skills, a data-driven approach, and an ability to effectively influence and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
