Employee Experience Senior Specialist

The Employee Experience Specialist Senior supports Lurie Children’s Employee Value Proposition by managing communications and programs that inform and connect employees and enhance the overall employee experience. Reporting to the VP of Talent & Culture, the role focuses on communicating People strategy and amplifying the employer brand while integrating Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion into messages. The position partners across the organization to align leadership messaging and storytelling with organizational priorities.
