Employee Housing Coordinator

Isla Bella Beach Resort is seeking a proactive Employee Housing Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of its employee housing program while providing administrative support to the People + Culture department. This role involves managing housing assignments, move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and unit readiness, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for resident services and housing administration. The ideal candidate will balance administrative responsibilities with an active presence across multiple housing locations to ensure a well-maintained and organized living environment for employees.
