About this role
The Employment Counsel - EMEA will shape and implement legal strategy for Justworks’ Employer-of-Record (EOR) product across EMEA, ensuring solutions comply with local labor laws and support the company’s global growth. This role partners with Product, Operations, Expansion, Sales and Customer Success to provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance and to inform risk-based decisions. The position also supports development of regional policies, contractual architecture, and training to maintain compliance across jurisdictions.
