The Employment Counsel at Plaid will join the Enterprise Legal Services team as the third member of the Employment Legal group, supporting a ~1000-person global fintech company. The role focuses on advising on U.S. and global employment law matters and supporting the full employee lifecycle. The attorney will operate in a lean, highly collaborative environment with opportunities to influence culture and processes and to work on special projects. This position is suited for a junior to mid-level attorney who is eager to grow, communicate clearly, and build trust across the organization.
