The Engineering Manager leads the FPGA discipline for the NetWall hardware-enforced boundary product, overseeing silicon selection, RTL architecture, verification, and team development. This role partners with software engineering, product, and certification teams to deliver a working hardware datapath and verified protocols within the first twelve months. The position involves building the FPGA team from the ground up and managing the bring-up lab and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

Build the one-way datapath in gateware and move protocol termination into hardware
