Engineering Productivity Lead

This role leads the engineering productivity strategy and shared platform roadmap, driving the adoption of an agentic software delivery model across planning, coding, testing, and deployment. The position is responsible for managing the engineering operating rhythm, metrics framework, and FinOps initiatives to optimize cloud costs and ensure sustainable savings. It also involves overseeing the engineering tooling portfolio, including vendor evaluation and contract negotiations, while influencing stakeholders across engineering, finance, and executive levels.
