Events Junior Sous Chef

The Events Junior Sous Chef role offers an experienced chef the opportunity to step up and gain hands-on experience running a small kitchen under the guidance of the Executive Chef. This position is responsible for delivering savoury and sweet food across all event dining spaces to the hotel's standards while developing strong knowledge of all food produced within the department. The role supports the smooth running of the kitchen, organizes the team, ensures shift patterns are followed, and makes sure each station's preparation lists are completed on time.
