Junior Sous Chef

The Junior Sous Chef role offers an experienced chef the opportunity to step up and gain hands-on experience running a small kitchen under the guidance of the Executive Chef. This position is responsible for delivering savoury and sweet food across all event dining spaces to the hotel's high standards while developing a strong knowledge of all food produced within the department. The role involves supporting the smooth running of the kitchen, organizing the team, and ensuring shift patterns and preparation lists are completed on time.
