This role serves as the right hand to C-level leadership, protecting their time through expert calendar management, travel coordination, and inbox triage while utilizing AI to streamline administrative tasks. The position also oversees the day-to-day operations of the Camden office, ensuring a welcoming workplace experience, managing onboarding processes, and maintaining operational standards. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the ideal candidate will define excellent executive and office support within a fast-paced climate tech environment.
CarbonChain provides an automated supply‑chain carbon accounting platform that ingests logistics and supplier data to quantify emissions and produce audit‑ready reports. Its tools include a supplier catalogue, analytics and compliance workflows to help enterprises reduce emissions, manage climate risk, and meet regulations such as the EU CBAM. The platform exposes integrations and APIs to scale measurement across complex global supply chains. CarbonChain is aimed at procurement, sustainability and operations teams seeking data‑driven decarbonization and reporting at scale.
