Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant serves as the operational backbone for Fuse's leadership and facility, partnering closely with the C-Suite on calendars, travel, and high-stakes meeting preparation while managing day-to-day office operations. This role encompasses executive support and office management, including board-meeting logistics, vendor management, and new-hire onboarding. The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and proficiency with tools like Outlook, JIRA, Teams, and SharePoint.
