Executive Chef

Little Rey is seeking an enthusiastic leader to serve as Executive Chef, responsible for leading the entire culinary team and directing day-to-day kitchen operations. The role involves ensuring efficiency and productivity to achieve guest satisfaction while overseeing recipe execution, food production, and staff training. The Executive Chef will also manage purchasing, catering, and meeting budgeted food cost percentages.
