Executive Chef

The Executive Chef will lead culinary operations across multiple outlets, in-room dining, and conference and events facilities at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Fiji. This role involves curating exceptional dining experiences, managing significant event operations, and driving menu engineering and cost control. The position requires developing a large culinary brigade and contributing to the hotel's transition into IHG's Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio.
