Triple Zero Victoria
The Executive Director Digital Transformation leads end-to-end accountability for Triple Zero Victoria's Next Generation CAD program, a large-scale, multi-vendor initiative spanning software, hardware, infrastructure, and network delivery. This role requires integrating technical delivery with operations, workforce readiness, and change management to transition the program into sustainable operational capability. The position involves providing strategic thought leadership to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk within the DTF High Value High Risk framework.
