The Executive Program Manager for the Office of the CTO partners closely with the Co-founder/CTO and leadership team to drive and oversee key strategic initiatives across Engineering, Product, and Security. The role involves owning high-visibility programs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, and managing communication and coordination with senior leadership and external stakeholders. Acting similarly to a Chief of Staff, this position represents the CTO in various forums and helps maintain organizational focus on high-impact priorities. The position is based remotely in Mexico, working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
