Expert Lifecycle & Rétention

The Expert Lifecycle & Rétention will oversee the end-to-end retention of Gojobbers on missions through proactive follow-up, lifecycle CRM management, and community engagement. This role focuses on positively impacting the Lifetime Value of Gojobbers by leveraging automation and AI agents to streamline processes and reduce reliance on headcount expansion. The position also serves as the primary point of contact for mission tracking, replacing Key Account Managers to provide relief and enhance client offerings.
