This role involves operating extrusion equipment and inspecting extrusions to ensure compliance with specifications while maximizing production targets and minimizing scrap. The position requires reading production schedules, implementing routing instructions, and utilizing the Cadex system to improve die performance. The incumbent must communicate effectively with the quality department and assist in training employees as needed.
We produce aluminum extrusions to support our fabrication and assembly processes. This vertical integration has given us the levels of quality control needed to manufacture parts with stricter tolerances and higher quality standards. We currently have multiple presses, in Michigan and Kentucky, including the first HyBrEx Servo extrusion press in North America.
