Facility Security Officer

Kaizen is seeking a Facility Security Officer to establish and manage its National Industrial Security Program (NISP) from the ground up, including driving the Facility Clearance (FCL) application and DCSA assessment. The role involves standing up security procedures, managing the cleared workforce pipeline, and leading the accreditation of a future SCIF. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and prior experience building NISP programs in a startup or small defense tech environment.
