Family Stability Programs Manager

The Family Stability Programs Manager provides leadership and oversight for SEI’s family stability initiatives, focusing on supporting families experiencing domestic or sexual violence, child welfare involvement, and other barriers to long-term stability. This role supervises a team of Coordinators who deliver direct services and case management using SEI’s RISE framework and Bridge to Prosperity tools. The position ensures high-quality program implementation, staff development, and measurable outcomes aligned with the CFP Department Charter and SEI’s mission.
