Kaizen
This role owns the full implementation journey for Kaizen's federal customers, managing the end-to-end rollout from discovery and configuration to training and post-launch adoption. The position requires working within classified environments to ensure successful deployment while translating customer needs into technical workflows. It serves as a critical link between agency stakeholders and the engineering team to deliver modern software solutions.
Kaizen Labs provides a modular digital platform that serves as the operating system for America's public services across federal, state, and local government. Their solutions span recreation management, permitting and licensing, parking, DMV, tolls, public transportation, e-billing, and judicial courts. Kaizen also offers an integrated payments layer and AI capabilities to help government agencies serve constituents simply, securely, and at scale.
