The Field Chef role provides agile daily coverage across all houses on a qualifying campus, serving as the on-campus bench for permanent Chef openings. This position rotates across every house to cover chef absences, support high-volume service, assist with special events, and partner with senior chefs on structured development. The role requires flexibility, strong food safety knowledge, and the ability to integrate quickly into established kitchen teams.
