The Service Delivery Engineer - AI is a field-facing engineer on SHI’s Integration Data Center Solutions team responsible for deploying and supporting OEM AI computing systems (e.g., NVIDIA, Dell, HPE) in customer data centers. The role focuses on ensuring successful integration and operation of AI solutions while serving as the on-site technical liaison between clients and internal teams. The position is based out of SHI’s Data Center Factory in Piscataway, NJ when not traveling to customer sites.
